When an AI agent requests context, Medhara determines what the agent is allowed to access, which version applies, what policies override retrieval, and what must be redacted. Agents receive governed context packages that include relevant memory, linked entities, policy constraints, and provenance references.

Every AI interaction is logged with memory accessed, tools invoked, model version, output generated, and policy checks applied. You can reconstruct any decision — not just what happened, but why it happened.
