How Medhara Works
Medhara is the Institutional Memory Layer for Enterprise AI that sits between your enterprise tools and AI systems — structuring memory, governing context, and auditing every decision.
Designed to be embedded. Built to scale.
Medhara Sits Between Tools and AI
Your enterprise generates events constantly: CRM updates, support conversations, AI decisions, tool invocations, policy changes. Medhara captures these events, structures them into memory, governs how they're accessed, and logs their impact.
The Memory Engine
Event Ingestion Layer
Medhara ingests structured memory events via SDK integrations, webhooks, and APIs. Each interaction becomes a normalized memory event containing actor identity, tool source, entity reference, context snapshot, decision/recommendation, timestamp, and confidence.
Memory Structuring & Graph Layer
Instead of storing flat logs, Medhara builds entity-linked memory nodes, relationship edges, version history, confidence weighting, and context snapshots. Memory is context-aware, identity-aware, versioned, and queryable.
Promotion & Decay Engine
Medhara continuously evaluates repetition patterns, cross-entity reinforcement, outcome impact, policy updates, and contradictions. It promotes high-value knowledge, decays outdated information, flags conflicting memory, and detects stance drift.
Governance Built In
Context Governance Engine
When an AI agent requests context, Medhara determines what the agent is allowed to access, which version applies, what policies override retrieval, and what must be redacted. Agents receive governed context packages that include relevant memory, linked entities, policy constraints, and provenance references.
Audit & Decision Traceability
Every AI interaction is logged with memory accessed, tools invoked, model version, output generated, and policy checks applied. You can reconstruct any decision — not just what happened, but why it happened.
Designed to Be Embedded
Medhara integrates through agent SDK wrappers, webhook connectors, and API integrations. It does not replace your CRM, support platform, or internal AI systems. It becomes the governed memory layer beneath them.
with medhara.track():
agent.run()The End-to-End Flow
- 1Tools generate events
- 2Medhara structures them into memory
- 3Policies govern context access
- 4AI receives controlled context
- 5Decisions are logged and evaluated
- 6Memory evolves over time
The result: AI systems that learn safely and consistently.
A Simpler Way to Think About It
“If Google Drive stores files and governs how employees access them, Medhara stores institutional intelligence — and governs how AI systems access and use it.”
- Memory evolves automatically
- Context is packaged intelligently
- Policies are enforced in real time
- Decisions are fully traceable
Drive stores information. Medhara governs intelligence.
